Article 17
When the university receives an application for investigation or a complaint, the receiving unit is the Military Training Office.
After the receiving unit accepts the application, except in cases specified in Article 32, Paragraph 2 of the Gender Equality Act, the unit should submit the evidence provided by the applicant or whistleblower to the Gender Equality Education Committee for investigation and handling within three days.
The Gender Equality Education Committee should assign a group of at least three members to determine whether the case will be accepted and whether it is necessary to form an investigation team.
If the case is determined to be not accepted for investigation, it will be filed by the Gender Equality Education Committee; if accepted for investigation, the receiving unit will assign a person to handle the related administrative matters. Relevant university units must cooperate and assist.
